Taste of Hamburg-er Festival names LeadCar Honda Hamburg as title sponsor

Hamburg’s Our Town Foundation announced that LeadCar Honda Hamburg has been named the official title sponsor of the 22nd Annual Taste of Hamburg-er Festival.

“Our Town Foundation is excited to welcome LeadCar Honda Hamburg and grateful for their support as title sponsor,” OTF Executive Director Lynn Weller said in the release. “This partnership helps ensure the continued growth of the festival while directly benefiting the local community.”

The Taste of Hamburg-er Festival is hosted by Our Town Foundation, Hamburg’s community revitalization non-profit organization. Proceeds from the event support revitalization projects aimed at improving the Hamburg area including the construction of State Street Square, a brand-new outdoor event venue in downtown Hamburg.

Representatives from the Taste of Hamburg-er Festival planning committee recently met with LeadCar Honda management and staff to officially announce the partnership and celebrate the shared commitment to community involvement.

As Hamburg’s newest business, LeadCar Honda is excited to dig in and immediately become a part of the community by supporting its biggest annual event.

“We’re thrilled to join such a vibrant town and look forward to building strong connections while giving back to the community,” Chris Cass, LeadCar Honda’s president and managing partner, said in the release. “Sponsoring the Taste of Hamburg-er Festival is a perfect way for us to get involved and celebrate all that makes Hamburg special.”

The festival will be held on Saturday, Aug. 30, in downtown Hamburg from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This year’s festival promises another sizzling day of fun, featuring more than 30 burger vendors, free admission, the Best Burger Competition, the crowd-favorite hamburger eating contest, four stages of music and entertainment, artists and crafters, a wide variety of food and dessert trucks, and family-friendly activities, as well as beer gardens open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
