Hoods up at the Kutztown Kruizz
The Kutztown Kruizz returns to Main Street in Kutztown on July 26.
The car event annually attracts more than 250 cars and several hundred spectators.
The day begins at 9 a.m. with registration and staging at Kutztown University’s South Campus Parking Lot C5, followed by a 10 a.m. parade of the cars down Main Street, where they will remain on display for the day.

In addition to viewing vehicles of all makes, models, and years, visitors will be treated to many other activities, and of course, lots of great food and shopping.
Cub Scout Pack 101 will have an interactive activity, you’ll be able to get a close-up look at a Kutztown Police Department vehicle, a vehicle on display from the National Guard, as well as check out a fire truck from the Kutztown Fire Department.
There will be live music performances during the afternoon. The Zeptones Band will provide blues, classic rock and R & B standards on the Main Stage at Main and Whiteoak Streets. DJ Jeff George of Jumpin’ J Entertainment will have you rocking out or singing along with karaoke in the 100 block of Main Street.
At 1 p.m., there will be a car awards ceremony at the Main Street Stage. The Main Street event draws to a close at 2 p.m.; however, the Kruizz continues into the evening with a 6 p.m. concert in Kutztown Park featuring the Fabulous Grease Band.
The Kruizz is hosted by Kutztown Strong, a local charitable non-profit. All proceeds from the Kruizz help the grassroots coalition to continue programs and activities that support the behavioral health and well-being of local children, youth and families.
