Berks Commissioners to lay out goals for 2024 at Greater Reading Chamber breakfast

READING — Start your new year off right by joining the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance and its members at the annual networking breakfast with Berks County Commissioners.

Scheduled for Friday, Jan. 5 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., the breakfast event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading, 701 Penn St., Reading.

Attendees will hear an update from Berks County Commissioners Christian Leinbach, Michael Rivera, and Dante Santoni Jr. Each will lay out their goals for 2024, including economic development, smart growth and housing, broadband expansion, the Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority and many other issues in the county.
