Pipe replacement set for Game Farm Road in Limerick and Lower Frederick

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced that pipe replacement is scheduled on Game Farm Road in Limerick and Lower Frederick townships, beginning Wednesday, Dec. 10.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Wednesday, Dec. 10, through Friday, Dec. 19, from 9 AM to 3 PM, Game Farm Road will be closed and detoured weekdays between Neiffer Road and Main Street. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 29 (Main Street), Route 73 (Big Road), Neiffer Road, and Game Farm Road.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
