Boys’ Basketball

Pottstown 72, Methacton 68

Pottstown erased a seven-point halftime deficit thanks to big performances from senior brothers Abdul and Sadeeq Jackson for a 72-68 PAC crossover win rescheduled from a day earlier.

Sadeeq Jackson dropped a game-high 27 points, including 13 in the second half. Abdul Jackson added 21, 15 coming after halftime.

Christian Matos led the Warriors (3-1, 4-2, 8-4) with 24 points.

Pottstown improved to 5-1 in the PAC and 8-4 overall.

Perkiomen School 55, Hill School 49

At The Hill School, Ava Darvassy scored nine of her 18 points in the second half as Perk School rallied from a 27-23 halftime deficit to top Hill.
Amarilis Shubick added 16 for Perk while Lauren Patnode scored eight of her nine points in the final quarter.
The Blues were boosted by the pair of Sammie Faella and Lily Soller, who scored 20 and 19 points, respectively.

Norristown’s Nikosh Marston edged Beck Babb 7-4 at 139 in the dual’s closest match.
