Pottsgrove 53, Boyertown 42

Deymein Doctor scored 13 of his 16 points in the second half where Pottsgrove swung a halftime deficit into an 11-point Pioneer Athletic Conference crossover win over Boyertown on Jan. 18.

Julius Marshall (10 points) scored seven in the tide-turning 17-6 third quarter while Gabe Rinda added 10 for the Falcons.

Braedyn Johnson led the Bears with 12.

Methacton defeated Phoenixville 75-64 in a PAC crossover game.  The Warriors (11-5 Overall, 6-3 PAC, 4-2 Liberty) hit 12 3-pointers and were led by Sal Iemmello’s 24 points (four 3s).  Alex Hermann scored 20 (four 3s) and Christian Matos added 15 (three 3s).

Dawson Brown and Christian Cervino scored 15 each for the Phantoms (5-0 Frontier, 5-2 PAC, 11-5 overall).

PAC leading scorer Luke Fryer scored a game-high 24 points and Danny Walker hit five 3-pointers for 15 points as OJR owned the first and third quarters in a PAC crossover win over Pope John Paul II.

Colin King added 12 for the Wildcats. Caleb Zavertnik netted 15 to lead PJP.

Julian Sadler scored 23 for PV and Kyle Shawaluk added 17, including four 3-pointers.

Rashon Giddens scored 11 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter to help Norristown stay in front of Upper Perk for a PAC crossover win on Jan. 18.

Giddens was joined in double figures by Myon Kirlew (15), Jayden Byrd (10) and Tyson Tuggle (10) for the Eagles.

Owen WIlliams registered a game-high 21 for UP.

Phoenixville recorded its 10th win of the season as five players scored in double figures in a PAC cross-divisional win over Methacton.

Kayden Baratta (26), Emine Ulcay (17), Ava Gnias (14), Maliyah Warren (11) and Riley Ford-Bey (10) topped the scoresheet for the Phantoms (10-5 Overall, 5-0 Frontier, 6-1 PAC). Ulcay and Ford-Bey had 15 rebounds each to register double-doubles.

Abby Arnold’s 14 points and seven rebounds led the Warriors (2-2 Libery, 2-4 PAC, 2-12 overall)

Perkiomen Valley (14-1, 5-0, 7-0) had a trio of players in double figures as they defeated Upper Merion in a PAC cross-division contest.  Grace Galbavy was leading scorer with 13 points for PV and she was joined in the double-digit group by Bella Bacani with 12 points and Quinn Boettinger with 11 points. Upper Merion’s Kennedy Coles scored 10 points.
