Anyone on the Pottstown Borough Council who favors the wants and needs of non-tax-paying trespassers over those of their constituents and the well-being of the borough as a whole should consider stepping down immediately. Borough taxpayers need representation that works for them, not a handful of people living in the woods.

Of course they would plan to drop the JROTC program because it has a Military name, not a recruiting tool. Kennedy Jr. said he was disturbed by President Biden’s weaponization of the government against former President Trump, and he promised to appoint a special counsel to investigate if elected. The Pottstown L&I Dept. has no problem citing and hassling a good small business owner over inconsequential lettering on a storefront window, but they won’t go after Norfolk Southern for multiple unpermitted, occupied structures and mountains of garbage on their tax-exempt property. With all due respect to Robert Minninger, even though the market is up in Bidenomics dollars by 27%, it is up roughly a paltry 7% in dollars adjusted for Biden’s inflation. Whereas Trump’s stock market increase was during a period of low inflation, and low interest rates, making the 55% increase even more impressive. Bidenomics is killing the Middle Class.

I would say that it is a clear choice. There is no other candidate to vote for than Trump. I mean really, if we don’t vote for Trump, America will not be the same and that’s the bottom line. We will have more than 30 million illegal immigrants by that time in four more years and the government spending will also be twice the amount again. This government keeps on telling me how much better electric vehicles are for the environment. After some research, I wonder how smart these people are. The minerals for the batteries are mined mostly in China, they are too expensive, much heavier on the roads, so roads and tires are damaged and need to be replaced. No charging stations, where are you recycling these toxic batteries after they need to be replaced for thousands of dollars?

Christine Flowers’ opinion piece in The Mercury on April 3: She is personally “heartbroken” for the people of Baltimore (and herself) over the Francis Scott Key bridge collapse. Oddly, for someone who consistently touts her credentials as an immigration lawyer, not one mention of the dead and survivors of the collapse, all migrants. I suppose they’re not that important (to her). BTW, she thinks those dead aide workers in Gaza brought it on themselves.

Just once I would like to see the Moderate diss on KC or Jay Miller. Just once I would like to see the Moderate post a criticism of Joe Biden’s policies. Surely as a moderate, he could find something that Trump did right in 4 years. But no, the Moderate only finds fault with the conservatives and with a conservative president.

Trump and Biden were in NY on the same day. Trump attended the service of a murdered police officer by a 21-time criminal out free because of liberal policies. Trump attended the wake, prayed with the widow and baby boy and donated to the family charity. Meanwhile, Biden was attending a $100,000 per donor fundraiser to get 25 million for his campaign. Not a word from Biden to the widow of remorse or sorrow.
