The indictment is charging him with taking part in three unlawful conspiracies that used those lies to try and overturn the 2020 presidential election results.

As I read Jim Tribbett’s latest screed, I wonder where Jim Tribbett was in 1968. Was he on the streets of Chicago rioting with the other Democrats? During those riots, 152 Police officers were injured, a true riot. One out of every 6 rioters were federal agents. Think about that, 1 of every 6! I wonder how many were part of the January 6 riots —- oh that’s right, we aren’t allowed to know.

Folks are crying about the excellent judge in Florida in the Trump case. Grand jury indictments must be handed down in the jurisdiction where the alleged crime occurred. Trump’s attorneys were hoping that Jack Smith would go ahead in Washington, DC, because anything that came of it would have been thrown out faster than an F15 can break the sound barrier. Their attempt to get the indictment in Washington, DC, may torpedo the case.
