Keep in mind this can only happen if Chinese President Xi Jinping allows it — which begs the question, what are they doing here? The construction at Rt. 73 and Rt. 12 seems to drag on and on. My guess would be it is closing in on a year now. To put things in perspective, the construction of the Empire State Building was completed in 410 days. In 1930 there were no cell phones, computers, FedX, or modern equipment, yet it got done quickly. Hard to believe a straightforward construction project takes as long as the Empire State Building.

We just finished May with zero 90-degree days. Very unusual since every day in May had a record temperature of 90 or more and the more reached 96 & 97 several days. So now some Republican members of Congress are vowing not to pass any more legislation to protest Trump’s conviction. Not that they did much of anything before this. Simple solution. Fire every one of them. Change the locks on their office doors. We pay them a lot of money with the best available benefits. Replace them with people that want to work. I like Jay Miller’s analysis of the Super Bowl and Trump. One of the most important things to remember about the Super Bowl, if you can see it with your own eyes, you can believe it. If you see the boxes of ballots pulled out from under a bench when needed, you may have some very legitimate doubts about what is happening to the actual count. Time to open your eyes to what is happening.

RealAmerica’s post about raises in 2020 being exempt from Social Security “taxes” has to be one of the most ignorant comments ever posted. In 2020, earnings above $137,700 were exempt from SS taxation. Today, it’s $168,600. Another 23% tax increase on successful contributing hard-working Americans under Joe Biden. The rich always give to support the poor. Dems want to tax the rich to the point where they can no longer afford to do that.

Educated political spokesmen say Biden is responsible for Trump’s felony conviction. A President has no control over state convictions. Biden’s son is in a federal trial in Delaware. Biden has some power over the federal courts. Do you think that he is trying to convict his family or maybe he just keeps his hands off criminal matters?

KC claimed wrongly that “nearly every member of Trump’s cabinet” called him a threat to Democracy. “Nearly every” implies 80% or more. KC named a couple. Staffers are NOT appointed by presidents. An expanding list with two separate names is fictional. Conflating the J6 joke hearing with KC’s post is deceptive.

Liberals may prefer the term “progressive”, but I don’t use it because it’s not accurate. The root of progressive is progress.
