Groundhog Day has arrived, and all eyes are on Punxsutawney Phil as he makes his annual weather prediction Friday morning.
As Pennsylvania’s most famous prognosticator emerges from his burrow, you know the drill: If he sees his shadow, get ready for six more weeks of winter. If he doesn’t, prepare for an early spring.
