Authorities released the following information:
At approximately 6:20 a.m. on May 2, Willistown Township police officers responded to a report of a road rage incident with shots fired near the intersection of Goshen Road and Sugartown Road. Upon arrival on scene, officers spoke with the victim who informed police that he was traveling west on Goshen Road when he passed a grey or silver Toyota Rav 4 driving slowly. As the victim passed the vehicle, he observed the driver point a handgun in his direction and fire a shot.
The shot struck the victim’s vehicle. The victim continued driving to find a safe location in order to call 911. Investigators located what appeared to be a bullet hole in the passenger-side window of the victim’s vehicle, and found a casing lodged in the top of the vehicle’s passenger-side door frame.
Graham, on the other hand, continued driving West on Goshen Road into the West Chester area. Information about the defendant’s vehicle was sent out immediately to surrounding jurisdictions. Through the investigation, Willistown detectives were able to locate the vehicle with the help of a local License Plate Reader (commonly referred to as a “LPR”) camera. The defendant was questioned, and arrested, and the firearm she used was located and seized as evidence.
The Chester County Detectives, Westtown East Goshen Police Department, and the West Goshen Police Department assisted in the investigation.
